In engaging Evolutionary You services you acknowledge that: 
(1) Evolutionary You intuitive coaches are not medical practitioners. They do not dispense medical advice directly or indirectly. Please consult a duly qualified and registered medical practitioner for treatment of any medical conditions. Evolutionary You can only offer support of a general nature to assist you to reach a specific goal in your life. 
(2) Evoltionary You accepts no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage, including consequential loss or damage, howsoever caused, which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of any of the services provided by the Evolutionary You intuitive coaches. 
(3) Evolutionary You intuitive coaches are not employees of Evolutionary You but rather they are independent consultants to Evoltuionary You and all sessions are confidential as between the intuitive coach and you.
