Episode 9 looks into the ego and shadow self of your journey. The ego works to protect you, at least that is what it thinks. Do you accept who you are, your abilities, your gifts, including your shadow self?

Episodes 10 helps you to understand the integration of the whole picture. The Higher Self is the connection to the Divine. It is also a part of you and how you link with Spirit.
